POST set-config

Set how many new visitor sessions one IP address may start per hour on this project. Visitors on one shared network (shop wifi, event, mobile carrier) share one IP. Send null to go back to the platform default. get-config shows the default and the maximum.

Visitor-session settings of this project: your own value (or null), the value in effect, and the platform default and maximum.
